So I shall share the 10 “Not So Popular” Songs that is actually SUITABLE for your Big Day (5 English & 5 Chinese Songs)

#1 Eternally Yours

The first time I heard this song is thru, 冲上云霄 (Triumph in the Skies II) it’s used during Sam and Holiday’s Romance started. Super nice and sweet and meaningful song.

Is like super suitable for chinese because we always wan 一生一世 which means “Forever and ever” … And no bad ending because Sam & Holiday have an happy ending in the end right?

#2 From this moment – Shania Twain

This song is used by my BFF, Margaret for her wedding. This song used to be super popular but nowadays not so. I dunno why but I think it should be popular again!

Sara is one of my favourite artist. I love her song “King of Anything” which is like so so so nice.. LOLS!

Actually I don’t know this song until it’s being used on my wedding by my Videographer as one of the song for the gatecrash video!

#6 最重要的決定 – 范玮琪

Reason I choose Mr Kat because he is fully approved by my mum and my friends and even my BFF like Bianca told me this: “Be nice to Casper and cherish him, he is a good husband.”

Erm.. Seriously.. Bianca, I your best friend or he your best friend ah?

But I prefer for him to be liked by all my close friends and being approved by them.

It’s really a plus point to have our the other halves being liked.

But it’s not like if he is not liked then I will dump him la! Just a plus point you see?

I know about this song after watching 爸爸去哪儿 season 1 last year. Abit too late if not this song confirm will be on my wedding! After knowing this song, i kept singing it in KTV and sometimes in the car until now Mr Kat aka de husband oso know how to sing it!!! LOLS and we sang tgt in KTV! I hope one day we can sing this again during vow renewal la… But dunno when that will be.

This song is so like heart warming la, chorus is sang by 2 or 3years old Cindy and after this song is release…. They have a second baby and it’s a boy. So a girl and a boy is like 女 + 子 = 好 (goody!)

Their whole family is so good looking! 田亮 will forever be my celebrity crush (sportsman version) if you don’t know, he is from Chinese National Diving Team 中国国家跳水队!

#8 你被写在我的歌里 – 蘇打綠 sodagreen feat. Ella

This song is about accompanion too and is like because of you thanks why sadness become happiness, you make me not afraid of future. That kind… So is like hmm not bad.. I quite like the feel of the song.

It oso became a must-sing duet with Mr Kat. But this song is much harder to sing than 想你的笑！

#9 暖心 – 郁可唯

This song is being used by Guoping (Mr Kat’s Army friend) wedding. I never thought it would be so suitable for wedding because I am a 郁可唯 fan for super long time and I realised Guoping’s wife Meizhen is a 真爱粉! I lose liao! LOLS! She even got Guoping to sang this song to her.

Like a sweet right?!?! Don’t you girls go jelly when you see other people’s husband singing for them?

So romantic la! Oh ya, Mr Kat oso got sing for me la.. But he forget lyrics! LOLOLS

#10 恋爱频率

This is used on my wedding’s 2nd march in. Sang by 2 of my friends.

Reason I choose this song because it’s like the feel is cheerful, not commonly used and lyrics…

This are the few songs which I feel is under-rated and not commonly used. I am a bride who prefers not to have same songs or same things as other brides because I prefer to have an unique or “my kind” of wedding. So I will choose not common songs for my wedding so here is the research I have done.

Same as last time if you also like “cold” songs like not so popular songs but afraid if it’s suitable, no problem!
