Lulu always never fails to make me LAUGH OUT LOUD!! I am always so happy watching her videos. She is so talented. How i wish I can inherit 50% of her humour!

STARHUB REVIEW

Don’t know if you guys met the same problems as me…..
Background info: We have got 4 hp lines from Starhub since i was 7 or 8? So that was like for 13yrs already. Then we also have got MaxOnline and Cable Tv so we are considered the HUB club member / Platinum member. It means we should and suppose to have more benefits as regulars and we need not queue @ the Outlet. <— cool right? Thats how i cut queue & get iphone 5s
Recently, Starhub gave me a $50 Voucher so I called them and ask. They said, you can use it before 7th October so i called my mum and told her about this. However my mum was worried because my contract was not 21th mths yet ( means not ready for recontract!) Damn!
So she called this Call Center and Guy (Officer A) picked up, he told my mum this.
Dear Ma’am, if you would like to use this voucher, you need to pay $300 for early contract.
So immediately, my mum called me and we quarrel over this. So I super unhappy and call starhub this time. And Girl (Officer B) picked up..
Her attitude was TERRIBLE…. She screamed over the phone saying this.
Miss, Starhub would not give you a voucher if you cannot re-contract now right? If you are that worried, I can postpone a month of the deadline for you.
I said, how you know? Why your colleague just now say this now you say that?
Then if i go down outlet and they ask me pay $300 how? No black & white?
Miss, I have explained to you many times, Starhub wont give you a voucher you cannot use!
So i asked, then why only i got voucher? I got 4 lines, 3 of them can re-contract and after 21mths le.
The voucher is given by the promotion department. We are not sure why the other lines don’t have. You are chosen from the 4 lines and from now on not all lines can get the Voucher.
Her attitude is very bad and she is very angry over the phone… She scream at her top of her voice but i don’t think my questions are very unreasonable what….
Then we got the iphone le…
Yesterday, the Starhub Quality Team called mum.. And they ask mum 4 questions.
1) How do you find Starhub Service? 0(worst) - 10 (Best)
Mum: Zero
Then for the next 4 qns, mum all give ZERO! Big Fat ZERO to STARHUB!
My mum is SUPER AWESOME!
Then you know what happen? After my mum tell them what happened, …….
STARHUB GAVE US 2 $50 Voucher! And for me WAIVER of Caller ID for 6 mths.
Then initially, they give us $50 <— but to phones in the promotion list but my sis wanted HTC One.
So they give us 2 $50 VOUCHER to buy ANY PHONE!
ANY PHONE!!!
This is good service from the quality service people……
Well, moral of the story is what?
Make sure you QC <— Quality Check the people working at call center first! So you wont lugi so many voucher to us!
We are not unreasonable or people who really wan your voucher but your SERVICE ATTITUDE SUCKS! PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE SUCKS!

Some of the glitch we faced during the party.
1) The balloons came too late. WOW Let’s Party *NOT*!
I ordered them from and it was a disaster…
Wow let’s party came with my balloon only at 7:30pm. Apparently I asked them to come at 5pm which is before my party started. Anyway, at 6pm, Gary called their Person - in -charge and she was so rude and she gave bad customer service. Not sure whats the content but it was pretty ugly. In the end, they called the delivery man and he said HE WAS STUCK IN THE JAM! Gosh!
I MEAN! If you are stuck in a jam, and you know customer are waiting for your order, shouldn’t you call us and tell us? NO INITIATIVE! Something which i was very disappointed with.
When they arrived, they were not even apologetic. We need some help like shorten the strings and all that they seems BO-CHAP *heck care* … Ok nvm…..
Excuse me, we are regular customer…. Cant you be more polite to us? And their helium balloons are not even strong even to tahan until 9pm… Before my guest leaves, party ends, the balloons die first….

The buffet came late too! I dunno why… But they still set up before 6:30pm. Much better than the balloons.
The food I did not really tried, But must guest said it was super yummy. However, we ordered 40pax and 100pax turned up… Thats our fault actually. haha!
Anyway, Just FYI, downtown east only allows 2 caterer in their premises 1) Stamford 2) Neo Garden
Stamford is HALAL and Neo isnt. So we chose Stamford due to our muslim friends that came

Purple: Because my fave colour.
Dolphin:Because my party was ocean theme and everyone is to dress in OCEANIC thingy.. Plus I love dolphins!
Maple Leafs: Becuz i was born in autumn and my name has a “Qiu” inside. Means autumn.
Rainbow name: Because I hope my life can be splendid and colourful as always.

Close up of this key pendant. It cost around $300 plus without the chain. It is made of rose gold and white gold mixture. It is the prettiest and princess-iest key we found from the whole Singapore!! I love it at first sight too.. Tell you a secret, it is inspired by Tiffany (that blue box)
This Tiara is from Aries, bought by wenxi for marriage proposal but it was too hard to put on without any bobby pins.

HELLO~!! I hope you are as excited as me! haha! Finally, i get my hands on iPhone 5s after pestering my mum to go down to Tampines Mall! Basically, there are on 30 iphone 5s 64GB Space Grey AVAILABLE!! And the officer have a list of number to strike off!!! >.< lll and I am happy that i am No. 12!!! Lucky me! Heng arhhhhzzz~!
P/s I dont see them doing that with Note 3, so i assume the demand not that high? Or maybe they don’t have enough stock for 5s (world-wide) !!!!
They also have iPhone 5s 32GB white/silver available.. But well, 32GB is not enough for a cam-whore like me!!!! >.< and I am not really happy with my iPhone 4s white either…. So i think space grey ROCKS~! Many asked why not the gold version of 5s? Below is my answer….
1) Dont you think GOLD is very OR-BIT?? Or-bit means very like old-school and very old people?
2) GOLD no stocks at all!! <— WHY???

Whether is it iPhone or Note 3 , Apple or Android, just get one that is suitable for your usage. For me, an IT noob, iPhone is much user-friendly and straight-forward.
I tried 2 android before : HTC Desire and Nexus 4 , both turn out to be not so friendly and I turn very pissed off. I dunno why!! Maybe is me? haha!
Do not follow the trend, follow your heart. Find out what suits you best.
Dont people get what, you must get what.. Get smth you like is most important…..
And i promise 5s is gonna stick with me for 2 years like what 4s did!
