Today I am back with another review done for suciganic Aroma Salt, basically it’s Bath Salt which smells super nice and it’s not “for fun” because it does something for your body!

It took me more than a month to write this post because I have to make sure I tried everything and feel the effects then I can share with you guys. Sorry Team suciganic for taking so long to write this. But you know, I can only introduce the Best and nothing but the Best for my loyal readers!

So what it’s so good about suciganic?

To my surprise, all their product is HALAL and ORGANIC! It’s introduced to me by my Muslim Friend, Shasha who asked me if I am interested to try their bath salts! I am glad that I actually tried them because they are really amazing!

First and foremost, I will introduce my favourite among the 4.

I particularly like the Fever Reducer, I remember immediately in October after I received the bath salt, I got sick and got a high fever.

Then I decided to give this a try, I actually 4-5 tablespoon of salt into my lukewarm bathtub water and had a soak for 15mins, i also sponge myself.

Afterwhich I went to sleep as you guys should know I had taking medicine hence I did not eat any medicine that night. But when I woke up, my fever went away! I guess the Fever Reducer got rid of my heatiness and fever.

I believe that the Lavender in the ingredient helps me sleep and the peppermint helps me cool down.

The next I used was the Rest N Relax during my road trip in Kelantan. For the past few days I did not really had a good sleep and also my muscle are very sore from all the activities like climbing and running. I am also having some signs of flu.

So I am glad I brought them along for my trip because I know at Kelantan, one of the hotel have a bathtub.

I decided not to let the bathtub go to waste and I used also 4-5 tablespoon into the tub and then soak myself in it for 10-15mins.

After the soak I felt that my muscle it’s no longer that tensed up and also I slept immediately without drying my hair, I am that tired. Next day, I no longer have any sneezes and my nose no long felt blocked.

I believe the peppermint soothe my muscle and the lime builds my immune system from the long hectic travelling.

These days, I have been using the Rest N Relax as a foot soak for Boon Hee as we know he drives the motorbike and now it is the rainy season so I used to to dispel the unpleasant foot odour!! HAHAHAHAHA!

These few weeks I decided to use the Empower Me Bath Salt because I am having my period and yeah, Mood Swing is part of the package.

Usually a warm soak in the tub will do it’s job but after adding 2 tablespoon of Empower Me, I felt that my backaches and my cramps are alleviated.

The Tangerine is nice and soothing, I am not a fan of Tangerine but the smell here is not too strong but gives me a relaxing vibes. It also gives me energy to continue writing my blog which requires a lot of time and effort.

I believe the Ylang Ylang and Tangerine did uplift my mood and took away some of my discomfort.

Last but not least, Perk Me Up is my recent favourite!!

I have nothing to say for this. It’s just simply amazing!

It have my favourite Grapefruit smell, I love Grapefruit and my Lip Balm it’s also grapefruit flavour. HAHAHAHA!

Then it has Eucalyptus, in case you don’t know, it helps relief sinuses and I have been using Eucalyptus essential oil daily.

The health benefits of eucalyptus oil are well-known and wide-ranging, and its properties include being an anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, decongestant, deodorant, antiseptic, antibacterial, stimulating, and other medicinal qualities.Eucalyptus essential oil is colorless and has a distinctive taste and odor.

Then next is Lemongrass, I am a huge fan of Lemongrass drink. It just nice and tasty.

So yeah, this salt has nothing but all my favourite in 1 small spoon! Tell me how could I not fall in love with it??? By sharing about Perk Me Up Aroma Salt, it is Perking me up right now!! HAHAHAHAHA!

I will strongly recommend you to buy the Fever Reducer and Perk Me Up as these 2 are my personal favourite. Next to add into your collection will be Empower Me and lastly Rest N Relax. The main reason is that I felt that Fever Reducer and Rest N Relax smell very similar because of the strong Peppermint Smell hence I think you can use Fever Reducer to Rest N Relax too. But Perk Me Up is a MUST-BUY, if you really wanna buy 1 just to try out, honestly I will recommend Perk Me Up if you are like me frequently feeling restless and need a boost of energy! This is the point whereby I think Empower Me is Similar to the Perk Me Up salt but their ingredient is totally different so if you are more of the fruity person, choose Perk Me Up, if you like Ylang Ylang Flower smell and Tangerine smell, go for Empower Me.

But of course, buy all 4 if you can because I personally think they are good and really part of my essential bath items now. I even transfer them into a small container so I can bring them overseas for my Penang Trip and planning to use them after my Penang Bridge Marathon 2 weeks later.
